Well Don!

Newsletter #12 - iPods, iPhones, Credit Cards, AMC Northpark, and Holidays

iPods and iPhones

Giving that special someone a brand new iPod or iPhone? Want them to open it up on Christmas Day with their favorite songs already loaded? Give us a call and we can setup the device, download songs from iTunes or "rip" them from your CD collection, and place them on the device. We will also teach you how to use the device in a way that can be easily learned. Need help in purchasing one of the many options for your kids or other family member, we will help you decide which one fits them as well.

Rate Increase and Credit Card Acceptance

If you've been with Wired PC Guys for a while, don't fret - we're not raising our rates on you yet. But we do want to let you know that for our new clients, we've raised our base rate to $70 / hour. Please keep this in mind when telling your friends and family about us. Also, to make things easier for our clients, we now accept credit card payments. Hopefully getting a few airline miles will make those computer issues a little easier to deal with. (Note: we do not recommend breaking your computer just to get a few airline miles.)

Wired PC Guys on the Big Screen

Wired PC Guys has an ad showing at the Northpark AMC Theaters. Be sure to get to your movie early and check us out on the big screen!

Holiday Schedule

Though we're available through the Christmas and New Years holidays, please keep in mind that time with family can sometimes decrease how quickly we can respond to your technical needs. If you know you've got a new computer or a peripheral device that's going to need to be set up after Christmas, don't hesitate to give us a call now to schedule an appointment.

A college student friend of mine was recently asking me about what program I would recommend purchasing for basic digital photograph editing. We hope you all have a great Christmas, and please let us know how we can serve you.
