"I recently completed the Emeritus Computer Tips and Troubleshooting class at Richland College taught by Don Dinnerville. Little did I know I was going to need the information he taught us so quickly. My computer had been very slow for sometime, and one of the things Don taught us was how to check the RAM . . . . I removed the RAM from the computer, took it to an electronic store and purchased a new stick with an additional 250 MB . . . came home installed it, plugged it all up again, turned it on and BINGO a new computer — almost.
